Why should I read this policy??

This policy describes how we at IIOOTE AB collect, use and protect your personal information.

What information do you collect about me?

We collect information that helps us provide a service to you, it includes:

 

  • Email address
  • First and last name, if you enter it yourself
  • Which customer account you have access to.
  • What services you have access to
  • The sensors you have access to as well as measurement data from these sensors

How do you collect information?

Email address, in connection with the creation of your account, first and last name if you enter yourself, services and customer account are configured based on which services you get access to and measurement data from sensors that you have access to is sent from the sensor to the platform.

How will you use my information?

We need to know your email address so that you can log in and use the IoT services, sensors and their measurement data that you have access to via your customer account. We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you.

How long will you have my information?

We will keep your user information as long as you are a customer / user or until the time you choose to unregister.

Who do you share my information with?

Your personal data may be handled by staff in Sweden. No third party has access to your personal information as long as the law does not require us to share it. We have procedures in place to ensure that your personal data is handled in a safe and secure manner in accordance with applicable law. You can get more information by contacting us by e-mail.

Where do you have my information?

Your information is stored in data centre’s within the European Union. For technical reasons, our subcontractors may need to move information to other countries outside the EU. If this happens, appropriate protection measures and standardized data protection regulations approved by the European Commission will be used.

 

Processor/data processor

In some situations, it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, various IT suppliers for HR systems or electronic logbooks. They are then processor/data processor to us. What are my rights?
